 I run an internet forum (JimsCampingForums.com) for all my camping friends and in August of 2008, we had our first official JCF rally at my favorite campground in Gatlinburg.

 We stayed at Smokybear Campground where we have stayed many times before.

The owners of the campground, Barry and Chong, were most accommodating to us and we all had a great time.  The weather was great for the entire trip. We had a huge potluck dinner and had a local band to play for us one night.

 My Birthday happened to be during this trip and I couldn't have asked for a better birthday present than to be camping with all my friends.
